Who is DJ zAH 973?

I’m a Radio, Television & Film graduate from Rowan University and an emerging DJ, media creator, and storyteller focused on building experiences through sound and visual media.

My journey started in 2020—at a time when most creative spaces were shut down and opportunities felt limited. Instead of waiting for things to open back up, I leaned into the internet. I taught myself how to produce music, edit content, and distribute my work across platforms like SoundCloud, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

What started as experimentation quickly turned into consistency.

I began releasing mixes, original tracks, and short-form content—learning not just how to create, but how to capture attention. Through trial, failure, and persistence, I grew my platforms from zero to generating hundreds of thousands of views. More importantly, I started to understand what it takes to build an audience and keep people engaged.

At Rowan, I took that foundation and sharpened it. I developed my skills in film, sound design, and media production, while continuing to build my presence outside the classroom. My work became more intentional—focused not just on visuals or sound, but on how people experience both.

Everything I create is rooted in one goal: to move people.

Whether it’s through a DJ set, a short film, or a piece of digital content, I’m always thinking about energy, storytelling, and connection.

Now, as a recent graduate, I’m focused on breaking into the entertainment industry as a radio DJ and live event performer. I’m actively looking for opportunities to collaborate, perform, and grow—especially in spaces where music, media, and culture intersect.
